Looking for a flexible, welcoming space for your group, training session or meeting? The Roberts Room at VASA is available for hire by not-for-profit organisations and community groups.

From just £15 per hour, The Roberts Room offers great value and includes access to essential amenities such as a water boiler, cups and utensils, with options to add tea, coffee, and biscuits. A large screen and flip chart stand are also available on request.

The space is ideal for daytime, evening or weekend use, with accessible facilities and friendly on-site support. Regular or one-off bookings are welcome, and we’ll provide a full induction including Health & Safety before your event.

• Bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Hire.

• Additional fees apply for out-of-hours access or security deposits.

• Organisers must represent a not-for-profit organisation and agree to the responsibilities outlined in our agreement.
