Our phone line is open Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
Please give as much notice as possible when making a request, this gives us the best chance of matching you with an available volunteer driver.

Registration must be completed at least two working days before you request your journey, so we have time to make the right arrangements for you.

How It Works

Our friendly volunteer drivers can take passengers to a wide range of appointments, including:

Hospitals, GP surgeries, chiropodists, opticians and dentists
Social activities and groups, such as brunch clubs or day care sessions

We want to help people stay independent, connected, and supported in their communities.

All our volunteer drivers are DBS checked, referenced, and carry official VASA ID badges.
Drivers may be able to wait during your appointment, this is included in the fee. (If your appointment lasts longer than 2 hours, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.)

Cost of the Service

£4 administration fee (per journey)
55p per mile (paid directly to the driver)
Please note: our minimum charge is £8 for any journey under 8 miles.
This distance is measured from the driver’s home, to the passenger, to the destination, and back again.

These fees cover the cost of arranging your booking and help us keep the service running for our community.

Payment options:

Cash (given directly to the driver on the day)
BACS (bank transfer via invoice from the office arranged in advance)
Credit/debit card (via invoice from the office arranged in advance)

Our Service Areas Include:

Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Southam, Alcester, Studley, Wellesbourne, Shipston-on-Stour, Rugby Borough, and Solihull Metropolitan Borough

Coverage Limits
We are unable to arrange pickups from Coventry, Redditch, or Birmingham. However, if you live within our service area and need transport to hospital appointments in those regions, we can help you get there.

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle
We now offer wheelchair accessible vehicle transport in the Solihull Metropolitan Borough area. Please contact us for more details.
